JEBL applies a Platinum Open Access publishing model, which means all published articles are freely accessible to readers without subscription or access charges. Under this model, authors are not required to pay any Article Processing Charge (APC), as all publication costs are fully covered by the publisher. This policy reflects JEBL’s commitment to supporting wider knowledge dissemination and inclusive academic publishing.
